Pierogies

We always make Pierogies for Thanksgiving dinner

here are a few pictures from this year

Bobby and Jessi rolling out the dough

I love the farmers cheese filling
added with a few other ingredients
it makes the perfect filling

fold dough over so it makes a semi circle

press fork over ends

and then into boiling water til they float to top

after they have been boiled it is time to pan fry in butter and onions

you can eat with a dollop of sour cream on top

they were yummmmmmmy
