I have been tagged

6 Uninteresting things that make me happy!

I have been tagged my my friend

Julie at

to write about 6 uninteresting things that make me happy.

The rules are I have to tag 6 more bloggers and they are:

Kate at k&g bookclub Kris at miss kris studio Judith at j de santa fe

all you have to do is link back to me and let the 6 you choose know they have been tagged and tell 6 uninteresting things that make you happy.

1.I just got a Pandora bracelet. I love it.

They are expensive but fun and each charm has a memory for me.

2. o.k don't think I am crazy but I love love love the smell that amazing smell of

when you first walk into Borders Books!

This is my favorite book store and I do buy books but I also have a Kindle

and do most of my reading on it.

3. I love my kindle. I read every night.

4. I love the smell and taste of Rosemary

A natural anti-inflammatory, Rosemary is originally from the Mediterranean.

In ancient Greece, Rosemary was recognized for its alleged ability to strengthen the brain and memory. Greek students would braid Rosemary into their hair.

For Shakespeare’s Ophelia it symbolized remembrance–throughout history it has frequently been used to cure forgetfulness.

5.My all time favorite movie I will never tire of watching it.

One of my favorite lines

To: ShopgirlFrom: NY152Re: Brinkley Brinkley is my dog. He loves the streets although he likes to eat bits of pizza and bagel off the sidewalk, and I prefer to buy them. Brinkley is a great catcher and was offered a tryout on the Mets farm team of New York as much as I do but he chose to stay with me so that he could spend 18 hours a day sleeping on a large green pillow the size of an inner tube. Don't you love New York in the fall? It makes me want to buy school supplies. I would send you a bouquet of newly-sharpened pencils if I knew your name and address. On the other hand, this not knowing has its charms.

To:NY152From:Shopgirl Re: BrinkleyI like to start my notes to you as if we're already in the middle of a conversation. I pretend that we're the oldest and dearest friends as opposed to what we actually are, people who don't know each other's names and met in a Chat Room where we both claimed we'd never been before. What will he say today, I wonder.I turn on my computer, I wait impatiently as it boots up.I go on line, and my breath catches in my chest until I hear three little words: You've got mail.

oh I can just hear them saying this and it makes me so HAPPY!!

6. When I am suffering from empty nest syndrome because my girls have moved out.

I will get a golden retriever name him Brinkley.

above photo is of Kim from the white bench.

Well I hope everyone enjoyed my 6 and I can't wait to read all your comments and read about the next 6 that have been tagged have fun.

  2. Hi, Gina! I'm out of town at Cecelia's dance recital, and I'm just checking in for a brief moment to say I accept your challenge and loved your answers. I aore "You've Got Mail." Super cute movie, and the conversation you mentioned is one of my favorites in the movie! Also love the other things you mentioned as well. It might take me a bit to get to this, but I will. I've got another tag going, too, so I need to give them both some thought.

Hope you are well. Took some neat architectural shots recently of Frank Lloyd Wright architecture that I will post in the weeks to come. Will let you know when.

    XO,

Sheila... running out the door as I type! ;-)

  6. Sorry, I had to delete the first comment. I'll try this again.:)

I love your list and I think it is quite interesting.

I love bookstores! I am more of a fan of Barnes and Noble than Borders, but I go to Borders a lot - both are almost within walking distance from where I live.:)

'You've Got Mail' is a super movie. I watched it several times. Some movies, one can never grow tired of watching.

    Cute list, Gina!

    Happy Sunday! xox
